Ever since yesterday’s twitter training by marketing team member Lesley, thoughts of microblogging have roamed my mind, leaving trails of question marks. How will twitter evolve? Is its popularity a sign of future success, or just hype? Is it the way forward? Will it become a marketing platform? Says who? How might affiliates capitalize on this? What does this mean for affiliate networks and software providers? How many characters does one need?
As I sat down to find and review the next BAMroll-worthy blogs, I noticed a few affiliate marketers who are exploring similar territory. A little bird said I should add them to the BAMroll.
- Dean Hunt likes bunnies, and also buzz. That’s why his latest posts featured twitter, tweetdeck and facebook. He doesn’t apologize for not having time for you. If you like this in-your-face attitude, you can read humourous accounts of his life as an affiliate marketer. If you really like this in-your-face attitude, he’s hiring!
- Rich Schefren always ends up empowering affiliate marketers. His vehicles for doing so are unexpected and entertaining, and full of take-home-messages. For example, a retelling of his wife’s parking job carries insight on the importance of developing intuition. He also writes about twitter, and thinks you should too.
As always, you can download the OPML file on the BAMroll page to get automatic updates of BAMrollers. And don’t forget your badge!
