Share Results is very pleased to announce a new Gold Membership with the Performance Marketing Association (PMA).
Gold Member status with the PMA will provide access to the most recent information and trends in the performance marketing industry, and will connect the Share Results team to a number of industry associations, advocacy groups and resource materials.
Founded in 2008, the PMA is a not-for-profit trade association that strives to represent the performance marketing field. As part of that mandate, it has been a tireless promoter of the sector, and has continued working to raise its profile, presenting performance marketing as a valuable, growing marketing channel to businesses around the world.
The PMA is the first formal organization to represent this burgeoning marketing space, and the sole entity offering members the means to communicate on a global scale. To that end, the PMA coordinates advocacy efforts to speak on behalf of the industry, maintaining close contact with members, advertisers, legislators and news organizations to inform and educate. These efforts help give performance marketers a unified voice to address issues and challenges facing the industry, such as the “advertising tax” proposed in some US states.
The PMA, is also a haven for resources and face-to-face discussion, with a number of member groups and a PMA Council, which examines trends, issues, challenges, benefits and new technologies to develop guidelines, best practices, standards and recommendations.
As a premiere software platform for performance (or affiliate) marketers, Share Results and partners will benefit from the resources and information provided by the PMA.
