So here at Share Results, we've always had a strong focus on building relationships. Whether it's with merchants or affiliates, we believe that long-term relationships are the foundation of profitable business. After all, if you think about it, long lasting relationships are part and parcel of the long tail.
When we recently sat down with Le and Kunal to get to know them, then, it was just a matter of time before the conversation veered toward relationship based affiliate marketing. In this clip, these two members of the Share Results team discuss how relationship building has shaped both their personal experience in affiliate marketing and their careers writ large.

I couldn’t agree more that relationship-based affiliate marketing is an absolutely essential ingredient to the affiliate sites success, and that the best place to start would be with the affiliate manager. The problem is that many affiliate managers either don’t read their mail and therefore don’t respond to affiliate requests; or they just too damn lazy to put in the minimum of effort; or they just don’t care. I am amazed at how many times I attempt to reach out to the affiliate marketing manager only to be met with…………………………. well, nothing!!
