Getting started in affiliate marketing can be daunting and overwhelming for any affiliate new to the industry. Things such as knowing how to optimize campaigns and picking the right offers to promote require a lot of calculated thought and strategy. Share Results is introducing a new blog segment called Ask an Affiliate Manager!

This is a chance for any affiliate to ask us a question they need answered about affiliate marketing. We recently gave some tips and answers for affiliates on how to add value to their business, and offered signs on how they can negotiate more out of their relationship with their affiliate manager. These blog posts generated great feedback and made us realize there are many more questions out there that affiliates are looking to have answered. Ask an Affiliate Manager is an opportunity for the novice affiliate to ask for advice if they’re just getting their feet wet, or the more experienced affiliate to learn how to reach that next level of performance in an affiliate program.
To participate in the Ask an Affiliate Manager segment, simply send a question via email at info@shareresults.com with a bit of context, of course. Affiliates can also send questions on Twitter or Facebook using @shareresults with the hashtag #AskanAM. When a question is chosen, we’ll publish it along with our answer on the Share Results blog. We’ll be sure to give the requester the heads up when their question is live.
Examples of questions might include the following examples:
*I want to expand my affiliate business. How do I branch into a new industry?
*Why do merchants not permit PPC in their program?
*How to I choose the best keywords to add SEO value to my site?

For newbies in the Online Affiliate Marketing World, I would suggest to learn and familiarize with Affiliates Dictionary, common terms and methods plus read real case studies.
There is nothing like learning from others experience, case studies is a fantastic way to learn what will work for your own unique business or plan.
